Well, it all started when mp3, (whether you owned the original CD or not) were banned on machines at work. Well, I need tunes at work or I'll go nuts. For a while I was bringing in CDs everyday, but my selection was limited to only what I brought inside, and I was growing tired of lugging a case of CDs around. Wouldn't it be cool to be able to listen to the music stored on my home machine at work? And so the search started for mp3 streaming software. After trying dozens of software packages for various OS (OSX, Mac OS 9, Solaris, Linux, and Windows) until I finally found Shoutcast, which turned out to be the streamer for me. Right now there is a wide variety of music in the rotation. Anything from AFI to Mozart, Enigma to The Offspring. I will be putting together a couple shows focusing on a certain music Genra or group. These show should run a caouple times per week. Keep checking the website for more information. Gotcha Covered Gear
Don't have a player? Try downloading one of these: Windows: Winamp MAC OS: Soundjam OSX: Itunes that comes preloaded will work.
