Fabric GotchaCovered Static Sails are manufactured from 200-denier Solar-Max DuPont nylon. This bright, high wind, nylon fabric is available in forty different colors, has a flame-retardant finish and an ultra violet inhibitor. A non-fray applique finish is also available. Design The Static Sails is held erect by a lightweight, telescoping rod available in 10-, 12-, 13-, 16-, and 20- foot sizes. The base of the rod slips over a grounded metal post. A pin inserted through both the rod and post makes the sail stationary. To save wear on the sail in extremely high winds, the pin can be removed, allowing the sail to rotate freely.   Personalize When personalized with business or special interest group names and logos, Static Sails are an eye-catching promotional tool.
